Pilot terms

The Sydney pilot

Revamp collects, repairs and returns clothing in Sydney. The pilot launches on 15 November 2026. Availability, collection areas and repair suitability are confirmed individually. Clothing requiring fitting is not covered. Repairs can include button and zip replacements, torn pockets, belt loops, holes and split seams, etc..

Quotes and bookings

AI assessments are indicative only. A qualified repairer reviews your garment details and confirms the quote by email once the pilot is live. Prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable GST. A request is not a booking. You commit only when you accept the final quote.

Collection, repairs and payment

We agree pickup arrangements with you, including weekend availability. Turnaround times are estimates. We contact you for approval before any change to the agreed work or price. Payment is processed only after your repaired garment(s) are returned to your door.

Changes and your rights

Reply to your request correspondence to discuss changes, cancellations or concerns. Any applicable cancellation charge must be disclosed and agreed before booking. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees and remedies.
